Whilst obvious aspects such as hardware compatibility and access are traditionally considered,modern rack enclosures must be selected to provide good power distribution,
cable management, fire protection and cooling solutions specific to server or networking applications within the IT environment.

In space constrained and/or uncontrolled environments, self contained rack enclosures with cooling capacities in excess of 30kW for high density server deployments may be applied.
